Amsterdam: Hockey Academy for Moroccans

Amsterdam is going to have a Hockey Academy where unemployed Moroccan youth will be trained for the national Moroccan hockey team.

The special training is meant for youth aged 17-26 who have no work and no prospects for work. The youth will get the opportunity to develop a future in hockey. The players do need to have the necessary discipline, since they train five days a week, 5-6 hours a day.

The aim of the training is to develop a good Moroccan hockey team, which can participate in big international tournaments. Moroccan isn't yet part of the African Hockey Federation.
